CYCLING CLASSES ARE LIMITED TO 18 PARTICIPANTS

Buns & Guns

Add resistance training to your weekly routine with this 45-minute class. Warm up on the bike, then participate in a circuit of upper and lower body exercises using dumbbells, kettlebells, and more.

Get ready to bounce! We’re the first in Minnesota to offer this 45-minute, choreographed class incorporating cardio and body flow with circuits and strength. ((Bounce)) is high cardio, low impact mini-trampoline fitness for all ages and abilities. Wear tennis shoes and bring water and get ready to blast fat and have fun!

Indoor cycling is for every body and everybody.  Whether you're brand new to indoor cycling or just looking for a little slower pace, we'll help you get comfortable while still getting a great workout. Wear tennis shoes and bring water. Clip-in shoes with SPD cleats also welcome.

Rhythm Cycle II

Rise and grind! Join Dani for 45-minutes of choreographed cycling - riding to the beat - for a full connection of movement. We'll ride together through hill climbs, sprints, rhythmic presses, hovers, tap backs, and more! Modifications offered for all levels and abilities. Wear tennis shoes and bring water. Clip-in shoes with SPD cleats also welcome.

Sculpt & Cycle

Join Kim for a 60 minute Sculpt and Cycle experience! Work your upper body with 25 minutes of strength exercises using resistance bands and dumbbells. Add in 30 minutes of interval training, including sprints and hills, on the bike. Abs will be included in our cooldown.


FRIDAY

Sip & Cycle

TGIF! Join Jenny for a 45-minute Rhythm Cycle I ride, followed by merriment and adult beverage samplings with local distributors. Let's kick off the weekend in style! Come sip and cycle! Note: Class is open to all ages; however, alcoholic beverages are only for those 21+.

All Levels Yoga

Roadbike Warrior

Stay conditioned in the off-season with this class led by Cuyuna Lakes High School Mountain Bike Team coach Jeff Foss. Build endurance and strength with this non rhythm-based ride. Modifications offered for all levels and abilities. Wear tennis shoes and bring water. Clip-in shoes with SPD cleats also welcome.


SUNDAY

Yoga Sculpt

8:00 am

Where muscle meets yoga, yoga sculpt is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. Combine free weights with power yoga basic sequences and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength training.
