Indoor cycling is for every body (and everybody). Whether you're brand new to indoor cycling or just looking for a little slower pace, we'll help you get comfortable while still getting a great workout. Wear tennis shoes or cycling shoes with SPD clips, and bring water to stay hydrated.

Join us for this 45 minute choreographed ride, set to the beat of the hottest hits. It's a full connection of movement. Ride through hill climbs, sprints, rhythmic presses, hovers, tap backs, and more. Modifications are offered to fit all levels.

Get pumped. This is a 45 minute session that includes a warm up on the bike followed by a series of instructor-led exercises using free weights and body weight.

Full Body Training.

Make (and take) time for yourself. Build strength and stamina as you connect the flow of your breath to the flow of dynamic movement. Basic Flow focuses on foundational yoga poses. Please bring your own mat, water, and accessories (if desired).

Get the best of both worlds in this strength and cycling class. This is a 60 minute experience where you will work your upper body with 25 minutes of strength exercises using resistance bands and dumbbells. Add in 30 minutes of interval training, including sprints and hills, on the bike. Abs will be included in our cooldown.

Join us for happy hour at the barre. This class offers a low impact and high intensity workout designed to build strength, agility, and flexibility with moves inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates. Bring your own mat and water and get ready to have fun and get stronger.

Who said trampolines are just for kids? Not us!  ((Bounce)) is a high-intensity, low-impact, cardio workout that burns calories at an extreme rate, blasts your core, and improves muscle tone. Classes are all about fun, high spirits, and awesome music.

Don't be fooled by others - this class is the OG! Join us to get firm and fit. B&G adds a touch of resistance training to your weekly routine. Start with a warm up on the bike, followed by a circuit of upper and lower body exercises using dumbbells, bands, kettlebells, and more.
